Maxwell 64 is a cyborg cat boy with a tv for a head (the tv has lil cat ears and everything), who arrived at what was currently earth in the year 1982, sometime in the 90s he was kidnapped by the Bluescreen_LTD research team who wanted to Understand the alien technology used to create him.

He was kept in an underground simulation of a mall for thousands of years, this is him finally breaking free ready to see what world he is now living in.

He broke free with the help of a sentient virus called .NOTHING who's dealing with a tonne of guilt due to the realisation they were built to launch missiles and shit
